She has over 19 years' experience in the field of Obstetrics and gynaecology. She has worked in many institutions of repute like St Stephens Hospital, Mata Chanan Devi Hospital and Fortis Shalimar Bagh.

After completing her graduation from Karnataka Institute of Medical Sciences, she did her Diplomat National Board from St. Stephens Hospital. She completed her Senior Residency from Guru Gobind Singh Hospital and following this she joined as a specialist in the same hospital and worked there for 8 years. After enriching her experience of 11 years in a Govt setup she shifted to the private sector and was associated with Fortis, Shalimar Bagh, Genesis Hospital - Janakpuri and Venus - Obs and gynae and Infertility clinic-Tilak Nagar.

She did FOGSI recognised fellowship in infertility from Akanksha IVF Centre, Mata Chanan Devi Hospital. She also did Laparoscopic Tubal Ligation training from Safdarjung Hospital in 2016.
