Dr. Mishra completed MD (Obstetrics & Gynaecology) from Gandhi Medical College, Bhopal after which she worked for 12 years in various hospitals of Mumbai. She has undergone trainings in Gynaecological endoscopy at University of Kiel, Germany, Wadia & Sion Hospitals Bombay Endoscopy Academy (BEAMS), Gynaecological oncology surgery at Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai and Advanced Infertility training at Centre for Infertility Management & Assisted Reproduction (CIMAR), Kerela.

Dr. Mishra is actively involved in training of doctors and has organized many workshops on laparoscopic surgery. She has many publications in national and international journals to her credit.
